Duncan is a very experienced and professional plumber. He fixed our old ducted heating system, and we couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend for anyone would need a cost effective and timely home service.
Incredible service, unbelievably good! We would give O’Shea Mt Waverley ten stars if we could. From the first contact with Anne over the phone who was extremely helpful it just got better and better. We discovered a leak and we’re concerned it was going to be a big job with water gushing from the front of our house. When we asked Anne on the phone what the call out fee was we were shocked when she told us there was no call out fee amazing. We were told that Dave would arrive between 12-2pm and then he even called to let us know he was on his way another impressive and unexpected surprise. Before Dave arrived we suspected the leak was coming from our neighbours property and spoke to her and so when Dave arrived super friendly and on time he checked out water pressure and gave us the great news that we didn’t have blockage/ leak. Dave then went and checked our neighbours situation and discovered there was a back yard tap that had been left on and causing the water to leak down into our place. The next amazing thing was that when our neighbour asked for the bill for his time and travel there was no charge!!!! Because there was no repair there was no cost. This level of service blows our mind and I am making sure every single local social media page and person I know hears about our experience and how well this company treats people. There is a reason why their google reviews are so good.. legit legends!
Duncan did a great job servicing our gas fireplace. He was on time, friendly and professional and took the time to explain what he was doing. He is very knowledgeable and had everything working again in no time. I would happily recommend O’Shea Plumbing and in particular Duncan to everyone. Thanks Duncan!
Prompt, reliable and efficient. Great job by Ethan replacing down pipes and deactivating a grey water unit. Josh provided a thorough and competitive quote and the job was completed the next day. First time using O'Shea's and was impressed. A friendly and professional service delivered by both guys. Ethan did a thorough job and left the site super tidy. Will definitely use again.
I had a number of jobs, 2 large and one small. The were completed in a very professional way with excellent results, particularly as one of the taps I had provided, turned out to be faulty, only after installation, and I had to exchange it on the day. Helpful efficient and polite service. Care taken of your floors and clean up great. Excellent customer service…I had an open and honest discussion regarding the quote price for one of the jobs that ended up being a very small job on the day. The team listened, understood and agreed on a very reasonable and helpful outcome. I will definitely use O’Shea Plumbing again.
We had a difficult to diagnose problem with our hot water system. Benson from O'Shea plumbing worked his way through the issue with dedication, patience and professionalism - while being friendly and considerate. Would recommend!
I was absolutely blown away with the service and the work of everyone that was involved with what I thought was going to be a routine job that turned into a job that was anything but routine. There were so many people that worked on the gas plumbing issues that I had that I can’t remember everyone’s name but the whole team was professional, friendly and just got on with the job. In particular, Duncan was incredible and kept in touch throughout the job to make sure everything was going to plan and we spoke a number of times after the first day. I cannot thank him enough for the way he went way above and beyond to help with so much more than the gas plumbing and he made sure that everything ran very smoothly. Scott also went above and beyond and I really appreciated all of the time and effort he spent and the work that he did. When the gas plumbing merged in with an electrical issue, they sent out their electricians and I was so impressed with them that I will be asking them to do the additional electrical work I need doing on the house. They were helpful, provided great advice and options - I really can’t recommend this company enough. I would absolutely use them again.
I used O’Shea to remove a small gas wall heater in my living room. Scott came out to quote the job and Duncan turned up to do the work. Both very nice guys. The work was undertaken efficiently, in good time, and Duncan cleaned up nicely at the end! All good.
Callum was professional and friendly, did a great job of moving my water meter for a very reasonable price. Also chucked in a few odd jobs free of charge! Highly recommend.
