Very happy with the service from Twin Electrics & Plumbing. They always arrive on time and are very friendly and efficient, and keep the customer informed on the progress of the job. I've used them twice now, once for an emergency job, and highly recommend them.

Got quoted $150 two months ago to have a washing machine installed next to a sink. Ended up getting invoiced $261 for the same job broken down into three smaller tasks. Called up as soon as I received the invoice asking them to make the correction, two months down the line they finally fix the invoice saying the corrections were done in “good faith” seeing as the payment was so overdue. Wouldnt recommend these guys to my worst enemy.

Extremely disappointing and would advise all to AVOID. To describe this business in short, I would use the words RIP OFF and DISHONEST. Was quoted $1400 by Tony to install circuit breaker, isolator switch and powerpoint on roof for a cool room compressor. Following the works, they were immediately paid and I trusted they had completed the works I had asked for. They didn't install the isolator switch and I had to call Tony 4 times over a week and his excuse was "the installer didn't think you needed it". He never returned any calls and said he would call me last Friday to confirm it will be rectified on Monday. No return calls at all. Just poor excuses for a job not finished.

A comprehensive and complete service right from the start with a professional approach and great staff to cap of the whole experience. This is a company who has been doing my work for the last 15 - 18 years for both electrical and plumbing needs. Just last week I had a leak through my roof and the team sprung into action, both the electrical and plumbing serviceman attended my house and made me feel at ease. Both the directors have personally attended my property and the service they provide is a credit to them. Well done once again team Twin!

I asked them to come and quote to replace a fan which had an electrical smell, and they charged $161 for a quote and then quoted another $360 for the job. What a rip off. They would not negotiate on their quote even though they told me what I already knew - the fan needs replacement.
