Townsville Barra Fun Park

My 12 year son had has birthday party here yesterday. The children had an awesome time and easily filled in 4 hours. Staff were very helpful, transporting my esky and gear to shaded area near Aqua park. Remember to reapply children sunscreen often as our children got very burnt even though we reapplied. It was a very hot day of 36C.

Water is disgusting and smells, could not imagine what they put in the water to keep it the colour it is. There were turtles in the water where you swim and mold all over the fun park. Also have been there twice in my life and actually NEVER caught a fish. Might be my bad luck but still. Also fried food was disgusting and over priced. Sorry Barra fun park, not a fan.

A little to experience for what was to offer. More shaded area's are needed. Bit rough around the edges. Staff are awesome but

It is a good place for all ages!!😀 But if you are under 3 you can't go in the water😪 and if your under 6 you need adult supervision but overall a very good place!!
