I had some business shirts / hats embroidered, Customer service was Awsome, easy to deal with, communicated throughout the entire process and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product 10/10 thanks guys!
Great staff, super knowledgeable and helpful. My reason for only 4 stars is the prices are just so expensive... You can find most items at least $10 to $20 cheaper elsewhere. Anyway team keep up the great service and hard work

Outstanding customer service. The ladies who work here are so helpful and friendly and, they have wonderful product knowledge. Nurses if your reading this they have a great selection of scrubs and nursing shoes. I look forward to shopping here again soon.
Some of the best customer service I've ever received. Not only was she friendly and polite but she also had great knowledge about the footwear I needed and also was able to give me advice for the future. Go here if you want to be comfortable while at work.
Purchased a pair of Steel Blue Argyle Lace Up Boot with Zip and Bump Cap - Black. It lasted me 2 months at work. Given I have a six month warranty and returned them to Managment, some of the staff including managers were very disrespectful at this store, and told me if they have the time they will look into a return or replacement. My wife and I would not recommend this place for work boots as it is poor quality customer service and very difficult to speak with.
Ruth at totally workwear Birtinya is amazing. She helped us track down the shirts we needed and organised for them to be embroidered. I will definitely go to her again on the future.
A huge Thank You to Brett and all the professional, friendly team at Totally Workwear Kawana, with specials thanks to Rachel, for her diligent customer service and helpful advice. We recently decided to change our uniforms, and chose Totally Workwear because of their evident willingness to help in any way, right from the start. We had never used this business before, but throughout the whole process, Rachel kept us informed of progress, and the whole team went out of its way to meet our required completion date. Rachel sourced what we wanted, and nothing was too much trouble. The result? Great new uniforms with perfect embroidery done on site. We highly commend this great team, and wish them every success for the future. Alex Beach Cabins and Tourist Park.
