Chantelle at Kathmandu Kawana has been amazing!!! Always great, friendly advice backed up with solid outdoor experience.  
We first came in a year ago looking for a pair of walking shoes for my wife. After some helpful direction from Chantelle we both ended up buying a pair each. Now they are my absolute favourite shoes and they actually fit me. We always make Kathmandu our first stop when buying clothes now. Being remembered each time we go in is, in my opinion, the holy grail of customer service! Thanks again Chantelle ;)
