The staff here in Kawana and in Brisbane store went over and above for me when i was looking for a bassinet. We were very close to due date and they were so helpful in ensuring we were able to buy the last item in stock and that we could take advantage of the sale that was on. With some of what we wanted in one store and some in another they worked together to provide us with exceptional customer service. Thankyou Deb, Sam and the team at Kawana for not only this occassion but for the exceptional service provided at every dealing with us.

The employee doesn't know anything about strollers, it's incredible! Went to have a look at some double/twin strollers and naturally I asked an employee some advice about different models, so I could make my decision... First enquiry about the bugaboo donkey duo: She doesn't know that it can fold with the seats on, so I decided to forget about this stroller who cost more than 2000 dollars (good job for your boss girl!) Second enquiry about the Valco baby Snap ultra duo: I wanted to know if I could have a bassinet with this model, answer: NO! It's truly incredible cause after looking on internet when I came home: YES their is a bassinet with this model and the best part is that baby bunting sells the bassinet!!! So instead of spending minimum 1000 dollars and maybe more than 2000 dollars, well I didn't spend a cent! So I recommend parents to go somewhere else to get advice about strollers, otherwise you may end up with the wrong stroller...
