Super easy service making appointments and being new to the clinic! Receptionist was helpful and the doctor was great and super understanding!

I rang at 3.10 and asked for how long the wait is, and I told the receptionist that I will come in 20 minutes. Unfortunatly at arrival I been turned away as they didn’t take any more Patients , yep 3 people waiting.   Don’t tell me on the phone to come when you turn me away .

I visited this clinic today and feel I will not return.  The clinic could do with a bit of a clean up -  finger prints all over the front reception counter, dusty waiting chairs etc. The Doctor I spoke to had his back to me most of the time, I felt rushed and uncomfortable.  Lovely Receptionist- saving grace!!
