Receptionist today was unhelpful, I went without a mask I knew I needed one but due to leaving work running home to change I forgot it, she told me to go next door and buy one, come on a doctors surgery didn’t have one spare mask? I could replace it as I work in aged care and wear masks all day. My appointment I changed to a phone consultation due to no mask . If the receptionist don’t improve I’m willing too look elsewhere for better service, helpful people work in the healthcare

I have never experienced such a warm and caring doctor in all my life Dr Mamie Chen Was extremely understanding and I genuinely felt she cared about my situation,  Such a beautiful human being. A true asset to this clinic.

Every time I call I spend 40min+ on the phone which I don't have the time to do whilst at work. I want to be able to advise if I'm running late or need to change app to be courteous. However I don't have the time to do so.

I have been with the Quay for a few years now. Sometimes they did not find ultrasound results as they were requested by a different doctor of the same clinic and most times you have the feeling they really don't care about you as an individual patient. Recently I have been diagnosed with Covid19 and wanted to get my 5 days medical certificate extended for 3 more days. Got told they are too busy and I should call another clinic. I will go elsewhere and hope to get better service. Except the recent experience the receptionists have been very friendly though.

I absolutely love the GP I see at this clinic. Dr Suri is the best GP I have ever seen and I am so glad I have found her. I’m writing this review because I have unfortunately had some issues with the reception staff at the clinic. On a number of occasions my dealings with one receptionist in particular has been unpleasant. I understand it’s a busy practice, but the staff member often treats me with a confronting tone of impatience. It makes me feel very uncomfortable. I often feel like I am being interrupted when speaking with her and feel like she is not listening to my concerns on the phone. If it wasn’t for the amazing experience I have with my GP, I would have left the clinic a long time ago.

1. Every time I go there I have to wait for at least 40 minutes from my booked time. 2. Came to a doctor with a regular heart ache that worried me and he said that I might have worms in my stomach. No electrocardiogram, CT scan, MRI, TEE, or any other known heart tests were offered. Seems like the management of the clinic don't care what is the skill level of people they are hiring. Don't recommend

Absolutely terrible, never had such a poor experience at a doctors before. Doctors don’t care about your situation and don’t even do the bare minimum too help you. You’re booking system is terrible. I waited 45mins to see a doctor from my booked time. Once a doctor told me I would have to book another appointment just because they were late and running behind. You’re staff obviously hate there job or just hate there clients, receptionist “Jemima” shouldn’t be a receptionist she is so rude, and very unprofessional to deal with as the front of your business. I spent a whole 1h 45m waiting on the phone to book an appointment, from 8th caller to 1st then hung up on. Ridiculous, would never come back. Poor service. Would never recommend

I have visited The Quay Family Healthcare on multiple occasions and usually my experience is pleasant, and the doctors are helpful. However, upon a recent visit I was shocked and displeased with the service I received. The manner in which I was spoken to by one of the young receptionists was far beyond unprofessional, I was patronised and felt belittled, with her showing no concern or interest in why I was visiting. To add to this, later whilst I was waiting for my doctor, I couldn't help but overhear the receptionists babbling on about their social lives, which is yet again extremely unprofessional of them. I will not be visiting this practice again, and I advise others to be cautious if they choose to visit.

Had a telehealth appointment booked. Was waiting for 15 mins then called the practice to check on the delay. They said the doctor didn’t call me because they were not accepting new patients! Why let me register and book and appointment in the first place? Very frustrating. You need to include a notification on the site to let would-be patients know that there is no point in registering online.

I feel so lucky to have such a high-quality practice locally, especially one that bulk bills! Our whole family has been seen by several doctors and nurses for a while range of things, and they’ve each been fantastic. The reception staff are flexible and friendly, and have gone above and beyond to fit us in when necessary. Thanks so much Quay team.
