Very friendly and professional staff at this store. Some of the best service I've received in a while. The sale racks were well stocked. Great fitting skinny pants that I bought. It's a shame the chain itself has struggled but I hope that this store will stay open. The staff are a great asset here.

The staff here have the worst attitude. Should consider hiring staff with good customer service, not the opposite!

The staff are rude and arrogant. Their returns policy sucks. If the tags not on they won't return it. Wishy washy policy where they keep you hanging if they feel like it. The Jamie jeans used to be good until they changed it.
