Terrible experience. Staff members were so rude and unhelpful. I had to wait for a good 20 minutes whilst my supposedly assistant was finding an item from other stores. And then when I asked around to see if they could contact her, they said they couldn't. So unprofessional! Ended up buying from the LV at Crown instead

Great customer service! My wife and I had our toddler with us, they were very accommodating with our pram and screaming toddler... didn't feel any pretentiousness or annoyance from the staff, as one might expect in such high end stores
