I went there earlier today and had a great experience. Every single worker there was professional and exceptionally nice. Going into stores like this I'm always cautious as I've had bad experiences with catty staff in the past, but every time I've been to this store the workers have been amazing. Houssain behind the counter was very friendly, easy to talk to & honestly made my day. The quality of the clothes and selection was amazing as well. Will definitely be a return customer
Yesterday I went into this store and Simon and Sonic are two of the loveliest people I've ever met. They made my experience so enjoyable, making sure I was taken care of and going above and beyond when catering to what I was asking. Will definitely be returning to this specific General Pants and Co store hoping to see them :
A particular customer service representative - Simon, was extremely helpful! He helped my partner and I get a number of tops, jackets and pants. He sifted through numerous sizes with us and recommended new styles. We both really enjoyed our experience due to his help! Attached - just a few of our purchases!
We visited from Sydney and had the best experience at the Melbourne Central Store! Joey was an expert in denim and made finding our perfect fit so easy and fun. He was attentive and knowledgable, and overall we loved visiting this location.
I had the best experience here today, I struggle to find jeans but the amazing shop assistant Brook was so helpful and made sure I had the perfect pair of jeans before I left !! I can’t wait to come back !!

Amazing staff, all very kind and helpful. However I need to give a special thanks to Cody for being an absolute legend. She helped me buy my first and second pair of Docs, she told me about her experiences and what she recommend which was highly helpful in my decision. She was also super friendly and easy to talk. Definitely recommend you guys training her on registers and giving her heaps of shifts. I will be shopping here again. :
