I got 4 eyebrow piercings done today by Jay at the Collins Street store. The customer service was great and Jay did an amazing job. I appreciated the time and effort they put in to make sure the piercings were symmetrical and straight and that gloves/tools were ready and clean. Fantastic manners, kind and friendly staff. Can't wait to get more holes in my face in the future by them.

Similar to another review me and my friend came to get a piercing done. Waited for ages and could see that the piercer was choosing which piercings to do and people who had come in after us being served first. At 1.5 hours went to request a refund because the piercers had just gone on lunch break and did not give us any notice, so who knows how long we would've waited. We went down to another piercing studio who did it within 15 minutes. Although the front counter staff were great, extremely disappointed in the service for piercings and would recommend to just go somewhere else and avoid wasting your time.Service: Ear piercing
Had my cheap piercings replaced today with titanium ones after one of my lobe piercings became swollen, later learnt that it was just becoming infected. All the staff here have a world of knowledge and are professionals in every sense of the word, I felt really comfortable and safe after the gentleman explained in detail how the piercings would be changed. All piercing equipment is highly sterilised using an autoclave and the room was hospital grade clean. The staff were also very kind and helpful in watching my toddler while my piercings were being changed! Thank you guys again! Highly recommend!
Went to off ya tree for the $6 piercings, had Steve as my piercer, it was such a busy day and can tell all the staff were overworked and tired from the long weekend. But Steve made sure I had a great experience and held a good conversation and piercings turned out great! Would definitely travel to get pierced by him again.Service: Ear piercing

The piercer guy was amazing! I went in to ask for some advice on an infected nose piercing and he could not have had more knowledge or had offered better customer service! Highly recommended!
Jay did my vertical labret and rook today! I always come here to get my piercings and all the piercers especially Jay do such great jobs and really make me feel at ease so that the piercings don’t hurt as much and go through really well! Their deals make it really worth the money :
i went a couple weeks ago to get a helix and second lobe piercings - the new system of filling out an online form is totally dysfunctional and just caused confusion. the piercer was nice but omg both my second lobe piercings are on the most annoying angle and its made it so hard to get earrings in. Overall not terrible but honestly i had a way better experience at a much cheaper place.Service: Ear piercing
