The Kooples

I visited The Kooples store yesterday. Beautiful clothing, a couple of items i would have liked to purchased instead i had the not so pleasurable experience of dealing with the manager of the store who has the people skills of a rattle snake, completely tactless and in your face rude. For such a fantastic brand to have such a person running one of there stores, is completely beyond comprehension. Instead i walked across the walkway straight into Zagid and Voltaire and was greeted by the loveliest young ladies who were polite and friendly.

Visited your Collins Street store a few weeks ago now, absolutely gorgeous clothing. I wanted to buy a few items but after asking some questions about sizing, I decided against it due the the rudeness of the staff there. I was shocked at the attitude of the woman! And even more appalled to find out I was speaking to the manager of the store. She seemed almost annoyed that I even spoke to her. She should be ashamed of her disgusting customer service, will not be coming back.

I have visited this store a few times now and always find the staff attentive and helpful. The visual merchandising is intentional and well kept. As someone who has had a career in retail, this brand and store do it well.

Oh my GOD this one sales person is just the WORST. Snottiest, most socially inept woman I've ever encountered.
