We had a family room it was clean and tidy. Very comfy lounge chair as well as table and chairs. Bathroom tidy, heating works well. In a great spot close to shops. Staff very friendly. Only downside is on the main road. We'll stay again

Found a place for me and my work vehicle/trailer at short notice. Safe parking off the street. Very clean, tidy, quiet.nnBenalla seems to get booked up quickly, recommend planning well ahead for accommodation.

Highly recommended. This motel was very quiet and welcoming, excellent offroad parking, very comfortable neat and clean good quality room and the staff was very accommodating in finding us a room with a parking space large to park our two motorcycles. A short walking distance from local shops and across the road from take away and a supermarket. Definitely the place to stay when in Benalla.

Exceptional stay at Top Of The Town Motel! Friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms, and excellent amenities. Prime location, great value for money. Highly recommend for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

Last minute booking but got quoted $250 each for a family room which seemed expensive not school holidays. About to put the phone down then the price dropped a little. Seems like pricing is flexible if willing to negotiate - not what I would have expected in Australia.nnRoom 1 has no-wifi and the you can't sleep with the air-con on as so noisy. No breakfast available as per advertisement.nnNew owners apparently.
