Our car broke down on highway, got towed to Benalla early in the morning. Hotel managers then let us put our luggage in our room at like 1030am and then let us get into room at 1230pm without extra cost. Amazing throughout. Motel is close to everything in town and you can walk to everywhere. Very clean facilities. Great pool. Would def recommend.

Perfectly adequate for the price. Friendly, helpful and attentive reception, clean rooms. Location very central to Benalla making for easy walking distance but some street noise comes though at night which is a trade off.

They were very helpful accommodating parking our trailer inside the complex and was appreciated.nnNice clean place to stay.nnWould recommend.

Highly recommended. This motel was very quiet and welcoming, excellent offroad parking, very comfortable neat and clean good quality room and the staff was very accommodating in finding us a room with a parking space large to park our two motorcycles. A short walking distance from local shops and across the road from take away and a supermarket. Definitely the place to stay when in Benalla.

We had a family room it was clean and tidy. Very comfy lounge chair as well as table and chairs. Bathroom tidy, heating works well. In a great spot close to shops. Staff very friendly. Only downside is on the main road. We'll stay again
