We loved this motel. So clean and fresh. Perfect location within walking distance to most places within the cbd of Benalla.  Easy walk to the river and lake which are beautifully maintained.nThe owner of the motel is lovely.nWe will be back.

We travelled for a funeral and it was a welcoming place to stay with a great salt water pool. Friendly staff. Would recommend and would definitely stay again .

Lovely proprietor, rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Well appointed with microwave included. close to amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Mark, Peta and staff have written the book on how to run a motel. As a carer for a disabled lady for a 5 night stay, the room provided was entirely suitable to her needs.nI would recommend the ‘Top-of-the-Town’ motel to anyone. Clearly many others have as well. It was full most nights we were there.

A fabulous day spent in this hotel - lovely rooms, clean and tidy! Highly recommended for family stay! The owner is great and very respectful!
