I had an amazing stay at the Glider City Motel! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect, close to the town center and easy to find. I also loved the outdoor pool and the peaceful atmosphere. Great value for money—highly recommend for anyone visiting Benalla!
I stayed here for six days. Service is amazing. I checked in late at night, and knowing I was a lone female guest they made sure the lights were on in the room, so I felt safe on arrival. Quiet, great pool and garden area. I travelled by train easy to get a taxi from station to hotel. There is a great ice-cream and coffee shop opposite the motel, and a charcoal chicken nearby. Supermarkets/restaurants are in easy walking distance as is the main shopping area. Staff are wonderful and attentive. I felt safe in the motel and in the surrounding area walking about during the day and in the evening.
We picked the Glider City Motel at random and received a very warm welcome from Ricky the new owner & manager. He was so helpful and went out of his way to be of assistance to us. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage and were very clean. Each room we had two had all the usual items Kettle, Toaster, Microwave etc and we really appreciated that Ricky also supplied soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand creams. Thoroughly recommend this motel, you can't go wrong!
I stayed with my family and we had a very pleasant stay. The room was very spacious and spotless.nFriendly customer service at the reception.
Spent a night here on the way through to Albury. Conveniently located in Benalla and close to the centre of town, with a great coffee van across the road. Rooms very clean and well maintained and bed was comfortable. Under new management and the site manager owner was very helpful and welcoming.
