"Benalla Tourist Park offers accommodation for tourists, travellers and families alike. Our accommodation includes motel rooms, cabins and villas, all with air-conditioning. The cabins and villas are fully self-contained with kitchens or kitchenettes with a stove top, microwave, refrigerator, utensils and some with an oven. They feature a lounge and dining area including a flat screen TV. All cabins and villas have private bathrooms. We offer powered grassed or slab and ensuite sites as well as unpowered and camping options. Facilities include a swimming pool, BBQ facilities and a large enclosed camp kitchen including a TV room. Staying here for one night on our way to lake Hume and omg this park is awesome. Shame I didn’t book more nights. Large grassy drive through sites opposite the pool which is perfect for my child. I can see him from my camping chair and enjoy my cold drink in a shade. Dog friendly too which is amazing as we are travelling with a pup. Staff at the reception is very welcoming. We will definitely be back.
This was a great little tourist Park that served as an excellent transit spot for us for a single night. My children and I camped in tents, the powered site was spacious and even though it was quite central in the park noise was not an issue. The staff were friendly and the kids loved the pool. We had excellent other campers in the park friendly and well behaved and the local residents in the pool were friendly too. I'd definitely stay here again.
Stayed in the ‘double cabin’. Great staff, bed was very hard and not comfortable, and water damage throughout the whole cabin, needs a touch up of pain on cupboards as a lot of paint missing. Advised 2weeks prior to staying that we had a trailer via email, got no response. Checked in and they stated if it didn’t fit then we would have to pay extra to park the trailer in a caravan site or park it out the front of the tourist park. Considering it states trailer parking and I had given them notice about the trailer as asked, it was disheartening to know upon arrival that we would need to pay extra. Would have appreciated a reply back via email stating this when I notified them.
Stayed here mid August. Pleased to find cabin was warm as air conditioner was on. Unfortunately in the morning our food supplies had been inundated with small black ants ruining a number of food parcels. Obvious room had not been sprayed. Reported to cleaner upon departure as office was closed. I have sent 2 messages to office outlining this problem and disappointedly no replies from management. Poor follow-up won't be back
Ground area,s were very soft, due to rain, plenty of grass on sites, facilities were first class, but the parks orientation is towards cabins and residential, big vans would have trouble getting on sites if there were. Other vans nearby, I slipped and fell while emptying our cassette due to the mud.
My elderly mother who is a pensioner booked a cabin many months ago and due to a complication with her car that is out of her control unfortunately she had to cancel. Because her booking was less than 48 hours before check in she was given no refund or credit and despite explaining everything to “Pauline” she was met with rudeness and zero compassion to her situation! She was reduced to tears and is very upset!! She will NEVER stay here in her future trips and I will be telling everyone to steer clear of this accomodation!! Very disappointed!!
Loved the park. Very clean, nice grassy sites and quiet. Highly recommended park. The pool was great too.
We have been staying at Benalla tourist park.every year since 2019 and we'll probably be back again next Christmas holidays. The shower and toilet block are immaculate,

Booked for 3 people to stay one night however double bed only was made up and no other beds in the room had sheets or blankets. Lounge was ripped on armrest. Large amount of Cigarette butts had not been cleaned from the outside ashtray. I would be reluctant to stay here again
