Food is ok, drinks are not cheap and staff are horrible, unfriendly, unhelpful and their treatment of customers borders on rude. $15.90 lunch specials but that is about the only good thing about this hotel. There is no food specials of a night time and it is expensive. Overpriced drinks with no happy hour. I had the roast for $15.90 and it was ok but the lady at the table next to me took her fish and salad back for a refund and I heard her complaining it was horrible. Not a nice atmosphere at all thanks to the elderly female staff members and not much reason to want to return, which explained why it was quite. Overall a disappointing experience.

Thanks Kath.nnMy meal was scrumdiddlyumptious.nI ordered the lamb shank with vegetables and mash potatoes.nThey altered my partner's chicken parmigiana into a Hawaiian version for him   Thank younnAdded. It is odd to pay these prices and have to collect our own meals when the four/five staff were not doing anything.

Good steak, just depends on the cut.nIf the cut have gristle, then not so nice....if its tender meat, its a nice meal.nDesert was very good. Neon mudcake

The food was good, the service was excellent, I opted for the Scotchman’s Steak, it was actually really good. The atmosphere was nice, nice music playing, not too loud.

Great food and friendly staff!nWe stopped by on our way from Melbourne and had a delicious meal, I had the rump steak which was extremely succulent and my wife had the grilled hoki fillets which broke apart so delicately. The staff were really friendly and the food came out in no time. Highly recommended it if you are a local or passing by!
