I picked up my new car from the dealership without any expectations. The hand over was excellent with the car wrapped in a big bow. Features were explained well and the paperwork done. An included first tank of fuel was an unexpected bonus. Very good dealership that got my business and return business.

Michelle was incredibly friendly and helpful on our first visit to Toowong Kia. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a new car, but were not entirely sure what we wanted. Michelle helped us identify the right car for our needs with thoughtful questions and a hands-on introduction to each car in the showroom. What really impressed us was Michelle's genuineness and obvious passion for motoring - there were practically no questions that she couldn't answer. A few days before taking delivery of the new car, we were having second thoughts about the colour and one of the extras we had chosen. I called up Michelle and she was very accommodating, changing our order right away and arranging a pickup time for our new vehicle. Dealing with Michelle was a real pleasure for us and I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone interested in purchasing a new Kia.

Just purchased my first new car. The service was sensational from Chris. He had my car wrapped up with a big gold bow on it when I arrived . He took time to show me through the car thoroughly and then followed up the next day with a text giving his number for any questions I may have. Amazing experience would highly recommend Chris if you are looking to buy a car .

We had been looking for a new Sportage for some time and had spoken to a number of dealers and salesmen. We had found the whole process very tiresome and time consuming with most salespeople being unhelpful and unresponsive. We then found Michelle Andrews at Toowong Kia who was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us find exactly what we wanted without trying to push us into any extras we didn't need. It was nice to have the car in the showroom ready for us to pick up with a cover and a big bow all ready for the big reveal. Also a nice touch to be given a full tank of fuel. Thanks again Michelle.

My name is Jemil and I purchased a new Sportage from Toowong Kia and I couldn't be happier.
