If you want a bench for Rifle shooting you will need to be at the range by 06:30 to claim a bench. This is a very popular shooting complex and there are many shooters wanting a shoot early in the morning.It is not uncommon to have a wait of an hour or so if you arrive from 07:30 on wards. The Pistol ranges are less populated unless there is an organized event running on the 200m range but you can usually have a practice shoot on the 50m range next door. The Range Officers are very helpful and generally are a wealth of information.

Back end facilities very good including newly asphalt surfaced car park (crazy use of funds), automated access and noise management re shop, and very well stocked shop. Some shop staff changes have happened but staff get flustered so quickly and queuing and inefficiency is the norm. Rental rifles - good enough and generally available. Front end shooting facilities are good enough and very well squared away. Those car park asphalt surfacing funds could have done a lot for improved down range facilities and condition. My experience with Range Officers has been pleasant and encouraging but is now a bit more ho hum. Value for money? No. The price of each item and service can be swallowed alone, but the final bill sticks in the throat when not matched with premium service/shooting experience.

can be busy at times, but still a great complex for shooting. Mostly helpful staff. Take your rifle or hire their's out door Pistol range to 200mtrs and rifle range up to 500mtrs both undercover

Facilities are good, didn’t have to wait long for a spot and range officers seemed like pretty good blokes.

Facilities are decent however, customer service is an absolute let down. I dont know who that cranky old man is behind the counter, but far out he should not be in customer service! I was listening to him speak to a a young bloke asking questions about the club and how to become a member and I’ve never heard someone be so unhelpful and rude in my life. A smile wouldn’t hurt either!
