Absolutely horrible place, recent change of ownership and all the old hair dressers there have since left. A friend of mine went here and they completely butchered her hair. When she spoke to the owner, he said that there is nothing they can do and that there is a conspiracy against him to ruin his business. The fact he has to give his business a 5 star review to bring his ratings up just shows you how pathetic this salon now is. Stop ruining people’s hair and hire some staff who actually know how to use a pair of scissors and colour hair.

Had a standing appointment and get there to be told the hairdresser wasn't there . This is the 2nd time in 3 months its happened. I understand the hairdresser is sick but they could have called or text.. they said they did but didn't leave a msg.. I was prepared to give them a chance when the previous hairdresser left but doubt that they will be getting any further chances..

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. Absolutely disgusted with this hair salon. My friend went to get her hair done here and had one of the worst hairdressing horror stories I have ever heard. They use inferior Nak products and the colouring was absolutely butchered, she had to go elsewhere and pay 250+ to get the colour fixed as well as an olaplex treatment to restore the condition of the hair. She came home from the colouring session practically hysterical and required a colour correction to fix all the violet they put in her hair (despite having been a satisfied customer for 2 years with previous hairdressers.) The new management has sent this place down the toilet. No atmosphere, understaffed, missing general things that are given to hair clients e.g. tea and glasses protectors. Her head was stained with colour due to the amount that was put on as it dripped down her face due to the overflow. The owner was extremely rude and although offered to fix it in salon, there was no way she was going back into the salon with their colours and products. The owner has no qualifications in hair and knows nothing about hairdressing. When she requested some money towards getting it fixed at a reputable salon he said she was part of a conspiracy to get money out of him - as so many other customers have been calling and saying the same thing!! If this doesn't tell you everything you need to know I don't know what does. That plus the fact that Jaydeep has reviewed his own salon at 5 stars is just pathetic. The great hairdressers have left and now there are just incompetent staff and bad products. Avoid at all costs.

Under New Management - Worst Experience Ever. I have been a customer at this salon for 2 years when Charlotte was the senior stylist. Charlotte has deservingly moved on to greener pastures, but I went back anyway because they have my colours on file, how bad could it be? The answer was, the WORST experience I've ever had. The new stylist appears to be incredibly inexperienced, and the new owners have changed their tint colour range to NAK instead of Wella. I ended up with dark violet at the front and bright red copper at the back. Not only that, the stylist drenched me at the basin, my face and ears were covered in dark tint which I had to ask for a box of tissues to remove, she left me with wet hair at the basin to answer the phone, then left me again at the chair with a towel on wet hair to go to the garage to let someone in. I took the towel off my head and nearly fainted when I saw the colour. The conversion from one brand to another is not a straightforward thing. I also asked her if she could put a toner on my foils, no she said, all the colours will get mixed up but you can come back another day. Whoever heard of that? She also asked me how my old stylist used to get the colour between the foils! She had mine all clipped back in one clip, which is my whole top section. It took nearly an hour just for her to mix up the colour and get that far, I could see I was never getting out of there, so I told her to just colour over the foils. Once I saw how bad it was, I said just dry it off, I want to go. She pulled out a domestic hair dryer and had it on the cool setting, so not much drying was happening. I was so frustrated at this point, I said may I have the dryer please, dried off my own hair, told her how outraged I was at the state my hair was in, and said I was not paying for this service today, took my own cape off and left. I told her to get the salon owner on the phone that I wanted to speak to him, his name is Jay. I finally spoke to Jay the next morning, he explained he was not a hairdresser so he really had no idea what I was talking about. I told him that my former stylist had quoted me $240 to correct the colour and restore the foils and that I would like some compensation toward this from him. He said there seemed to be a 'conspiracy' recently. I said what do you mean? He said he had been getting a lot of unhappy customers demanding money from him and he thought it was a conspiracy against him. I said, no, I am a genuine customer for over 2 years at that salon and I am absolutely beside myself with what your stylist has done to my hair. If I had time, I would take this crowd to QCAT and sue them. I never got an apology, only an offer to come back for them to try and fix it - are you kidding? I will never step foot in that place again, and neither should anyone else. Even one star is too much - this should be minus 10. It took another salon 4 hours to correct the colour - a bleach wash, 2 applications of demi-permanent colour, foils and toner. My hair is very fine and quite damaged now from all the treatment, I just hope it doesn't fall out. Stay away ladies, not worth it.
