Went here on Monday. This place has very terrible customer service. The lady with short hair didn’t understand my request at all and she didn’t double check with me. At the end, she left my hair very wet and she tried to rudely convince me my hair was dry. To be honest she was not helpful at all even though she spent time with me reluctantly I must say. I am an international student here in Australia. She seemed very unaustralian in assisting me. I will not recommend or use this hair salon in the future.

Horrible experience. I am pretty sure that the manager or a senior cut my hair but her customer service was appalling. She stopped cutting my hair to finish someone else off as I sat there with wet hair. This would have been but she did it without saying anything just upped and left. don't think she was happy that I did;t take her upset and asked just for a hair cut telling me then that my hair "gets by on neglect". I don't think she spoke to me at all throughout the hair cut and got annoyed when I couldn't understand her voice with directions (must have been sick as her voice was raspy). She then managed to hack off more then I had asked of my long hair which I was quite attached too. Devo!. She also didn't ask me what I thought of the hair cut and handed over the eftpos machine to pay. From a person her values customer service i was very disappointed.The there staff were lovely but this experience will make me never return.

It is the worst hair colour I have ever had and I am so angry and upset. The hairdressers switched halfway through, a large section of hair was missed completely and half my head was done in one style and the other half done in another style. It is absolutely horrendous, now I need to have my hair fixed.

Worst service and colour that I have had. I had 3 different people doing my hair. One was a trainee, I wasn’t asked if she can colour my hair. The colour was dark brown and they did such a terrible job that I now have stains on my forehead and around my hair line, so bad that I can’t wear my hair up. When I asked one of the ladies to get it off my face, she said “use makeup remover when you get home”. Very upset! I could of done a better job at home.
