I had a fabulous time with the more than fabulous staff. My hair has never looked so good. Great atmosphere, and no hassle booking and rebooking. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get anything done to their hair.

I am so glad I found this salon. The service is fabulous with the stylists taking their time to understand exactly what you want and talk you through what they will be doing. The salon is unpretentious and relaxing + it is small and so you feel like you get a more personalised experience. As someone who finds hairdressers and salons a stressful experience I have always been comfortable going to I.C.E and never come out with a cut/colour that I was not happy with. I am just sad that I moved away from Brisbane and have yet to find another salon that gives me the level of service that I got here. I have and still do recommend this salon to people in Brisbane and I hope I can move back so I can finally go back again.
WOW, how lucky am I. I moved over from Perth two months ago and had no idea where to go for a wonderful hair / beauty experience. I spotted mostly good reviews of this salon and visited with my mum, a retired hairdresser from the UK who is on holiday here with me. We both had a wonderful experience at I.C.E, having foils / cuts / blow dry / brow work and lash tints between us. The staff, Sonya and Jill were so attentive, professional and friendly, constantly ensuring that we were comfortable and well catered for, the coffee / tea was outstanding, the end results were awesome and two very happy customers walked away from the salon. Sonya and Jill - what a team! Thanks very much, we'll be back :
Jill has been cutting my hair for a few years now and she always does such a great job. The Salon is lovely, the team are all lovely, and the Keune products make my hair feel amazing!!!!
