Big thanks to Anna & Bailey from the Toowong Salon today, for their fantastic customer service, a great new style and creating a miracle in under 40 minutes. I had a very short window between meetings to get my hair done and they worked their magic and had me feeling a million dollars by the time I walked out. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon. I booked in advance and was made to wait over an HOUR for my appointment. When I called to book I asked for a maintenance trim and that’s all - when I reiterated what I wanted I was told they do not do that and they were going to charge me $85 to cut 1cm off my hair. If I had been told the price at the start I would have left but I waited over an hour and had to leave because $85 for a trim no wash or blow dry, that would have been $105 was insane. Will never come back here and do not recommend to anymore.

I have been to this salon two times - the first time, everything was fine but the second time was very much a disappointing experience. When I attended my appointment there was a new person and an experienced. When washing my hair, the water was cold, she did not even wet the hair around my neck or ears and when shampooing, she was just lightly touching my hair/head - not washing it AT ALL. She then proceeded to wash it out with cold water, stating that the water was cold because there is treatment in the water???? I am not even sure if she conditioned my hair either. When I went back to the chair after having my hair washed, the new girl proceeded to put oil in my hair and plugged in the hair dryer and turned it on ready to blow dry my hair... but my hair had not even been cut yet. I was about to say something until the experienced hair dresser spoke across the salon saying she still needs to cut my hair. I never usually trust big hair corporations or salons in shopping centres, as I feel they are very hit and miss, but i gave it up this time for my usual hair dresser as i am a student and was looking for a cheaper alternative - and thought what could go wrong with a cut. After paying almost $90 with a student discount which mind you, last time I remember paying around $50-60, i left with hair that is unevenly cut and a pretty bad experience in mind. Had i known that it was going to cost me $90 for a wash, cut and style and a pretty bad experience, i would have just gone to my normal hair dresser as it literally would have been the same price - and she is a senior stylist with experience... lesson learnt. I feel like this salon is very hit and miss, but for the prices I would say just got a salon that has senior stylists and experience.

1215pm appointment sat in chair until 1245 before the consultation began - quoted $250 not sure why it varied from last visit exactly the same service as Indooroopilly yet $75 more - hair time for the dye went over 10 mins - wash of hair 1 wash not 2 - the other senior hairdresser then decided to cut my hair did not ask where do I part until the very end - asked for a blow dry with body got the straight iron look - really disappointed and have now decided I will no longer visit any Stefan hair salon - money back guarantee - what a joke!!!Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

Best haircut I have ever had. I'm so happy with my haircut at Stefan Toowong last night. My hairdresser was the young lady with long black/brown hair. She spent so long cutting my hair to make sure it was perfect in every way and I am so happy with my new look. I felt like the hairdresser took the time to get a really good idea of what I was after and gave me some really great advice too. Thanks a million, I feel so confident and fresh.

I have been going to Stefan’s since long but today for the first time I felt it was worth the money, all thanks to Dina. She is the best hair stylist one could ask forService:&nbsp;Hair coloring

Had a great haircut here before, also bought their scalp treatment shampoo that helped with calming down my scalp and is really easy to use since it works like a shampoo and you just leave the shampoo in longer than you normally would. Was effective, smells great as well, but a little on the pricey side, so I always try to use it sparingly rather than as a daily shampoo.
