Got a full set of French tip gel acrylics here yesterday and I’m very happy with the results. Place was clean and had a friendly atmosphere. Price was good and my nails turned out perfect. Exactly like my reference picture. The lady put a lot of care and attention to detail into my set and I’m very happy with the results. Will definitely be returning here

I don't usually feel comfortable having my nails done at larger salons as I fear infection or rough handling. This salon, however, is different. Disposable items are used here and where reusables are used, the autoclave pouches have actually been sealed and the sterilisation indicators changed in other places, the pouches are crumpled, unsealed and indicators show they have not been autoclaved so they are both just for show, which is a sure fire sign that a salon does not take infection control seriously. I trust this salon. I also like that I don't feel like I'm in a fish tank with the thoughtful layout of the shop.

Worst pedicure ever! They have the weirdest procedure for cleaning feet e.g. they put lotion on my legs to Start the pedicure and then washed it off? Apparently this is the standard process! They charge a bomb for a mediocre job! I'd never go back here.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure

My Pedicure was enjoyable experience until less than a week later 3 of my toenails got infected. I don't think I will be back

I come here every two weeks and I notice alot of the bad reviews come from people who have only come here once and tried to tarnish the business over one bad experience. This place is amazing, I've been a customer since 2019 and I always leave there happy. I am extremely picky with white tips, I like them a particular way, and I only trust coming to Polish to do it properly for me! they're always polite, funny, have a chat and make sure my nails are top notch. as a regular customer, try not to be disheartened by the amount of people who have come here ONCE and done a review. Thank you Polish for always keeping my nails exactly how I love them!

Charged an extra $5 to remove my polish I have never been charged when having a pedi - they didn't charge me 3 weeks ago when I got my nails done last. They also charged my friend an extra $15 for a third coat of polish even though they did it without asking, normally a third coat is just done if it's an opaque colour. They were very abrupt and rough, kept slapping my toes down despite me not even moving. Never mentioned anything about the extra charges until payment either. My nails were filed on an angle so now they're diagonal instead of straight and the polish was applied appallingly, streaky etc. Absolutely horrible experience, will definitely not be back. I had a pleasant experience when I first went 3 weeks ago but today was a horrible experience. Would give 0/5 if I could.Service:&nbsp;Pedicure
