This is the place to find your needs for some Asian goods and fresh ingredients. Friendly staff and the payments with an electronic method are supported without additional surcharge. No single-use plastic bag here.

It's a decent asian grocery store. Has the items I require to buy. The price is okay. Sometimes they have special items which are worth buying.

They are selling their products not according to the price display. The price display is $2.40 but it came out $2.99. We try to resolve it by raising this issue to the cashier and show her the photo taken of the price display, but she just ignore it and said the price increased. This is against fair trading law.

I am expecting that this branch of Tong Li is the same as those in Blacktown,Liverpool and Cabramatta but unfortunately it's not. The other stores has a lot of asian varieties to choose but this grocery is just only selling like two asian products.

This place requires air condition because it's hot when you go to the end of the store to get cold drinks.

Last Saturday  6pm 30 July 2022, in the shopping centre carpark, I found my bag and wallet was lost. I was mad and went back to search and hoped I was lucky. At the Tongli casher, the friendly lady was waiting for me and told me she found my bag and kept it in the counter for safe. What a great day! Thank you Tongli and your good people!

Terrible customer services, there are so many Asian grocery stores out there. Not going back to them not wasting my money on them

Good variety of Asian food stuff, including noodles, cooking pastes, sauces and frozen items.

I bought a box of snack from this store which I couldnt eat because it tasted too old even though it still had 5 days til expiry date. When I took it back to the store and asked for a refund they offered me a prompt refund Very good customer service and price also cheaper than other asian grocery shop Highly recommend
