Check your receipts before leaving! My mum has had it happen to her multiple times that I remind her every time she goes she must check the receipts. The staff are being dishonest scamming customers into scanning products that customers haven’t purchased so that they can get freebies and then leaving the customers paying checking upon receipts seeing items she hasn’t picked. I’ve noticed in pretty much most Tong Li stores the staff being hired are unfriendly and unwilling to help customers. Some of the staff clearly don’t know what customer service is and look so unhappy towards the customers.

You'll find most of your asian food essentials here and multiple brands of it. They also sell fresh Asian vegetables, a wide range of frozen sweets and meats, and spices. I was looking for white tapioca balls and I found about three different types of brands!! The aisles are quite narrow and there are boxes everywhere - this was a downside in 'peak' hour as it was so difficult moving esp with a trolley or pram. Customer service was a bit of a hit and miss. Some tried to be helpful, some staff were quite rude!

Tong Li stocks a good variety of Chinese grocery that are reasonably priced. It is one of the two Chinese grocery stores we visit weekly.

It has products from different parts of Asia, not just mainly from China.  The prices of most products I use are reasonable as compared to the other Chinese supermarkets.  The location is convenient with parking.

Great range of Asian products and good customer service

Located outside Coles, within Chatswood Chase. This business has been my local, the "standard" in Asian Groceries for many years now with little competition, if wanting a modern and clean store. Competitively priced, and a very wide range of bottled, jarred, canned, dried, fried, diced, pickled, spicy, fresh or frozen.....Dumplings ready to steam for Yum Cha at home, noodles for days, and sauces galore. I always take my time as festive products are always beckoning. New Year's sweets, August Moon Cakes, and all the seasonal delights.

It's 15% off for all the items before the renovation.

Their prices  of the goods are average, there are no discount card and most of the special discount items will almost expire. The management is poor. The cashier staffS has no courtesy. The waiting distance of 1.5 meters during the pandemic made the management worse. Someone who have not queued or push in line,  They don’t care even they see it.  I often buy things in this store because the location is good,, so I won’t  buy a lot of goods, only a small amount.  I strongly recommend that they need to improve their management.  The attitude of the front desk staffs are an important part.

It's a lot bigger than it appears. Has a good range of Asian groceries at a convenient location near Coles at Chatswood Chase.

Compare with other Tongli stores, this one is a bit messy. Always have a lots of boxes in aisles. I can never find the price of the products. Only slightly slightly cheaper than the Asian store outside and more convenient as inside the shopping centre. I have to be really desperate to go to them. Poor shopping experience all the time.
