This was the best liquor store experience of my life. The store person Dylan was truly kind, and knew his stuff. Gave some excellent recommendations. Thanks Dylan. Stay awesome.
First time visit. So nice to see such a nicely displayed store. Reminds me of the IGA's in Perth. I will be back.
We are local customers who shop here regularly and will not be shopping here anymore.nnWe had an issue with a gift card and IGA could not help us in any way, shape or form. Unlike other businesses who have been able to override automatic settings on gift cards even just today Country Road did this for us, I was told this would not be able to be accommodated at this store.nnThe most disappointing part of this experience was the way I was spoken to by a lady called Di, who I assume is in management at IGA. Her tone was condescending and there was no attempt to be helpful in the conversation.nnIn addition to writing this review, I will be telling all of my local friends of my experience here and recommending they take their business elsewhere. We hOST our upcoming street Christmas party soon and I always spend hundreds of dollars on deli meats and cheeses for it at IGA. I will be purchasing these elsewhere this year and letting our neighbours know that IGA New Lambton are no longer our go-to local business for gourmet produce.nnI understand the issue here is with a third party; however, at the end of the day, IGA new Lambton have pocketed $280 of our money with no solution to help us.
Richies is great for special if you need them ,though on the whole very expensive to shop here ,a lot of gourmet products, it really is about convenience not budget..
Excellent personal service and great quality produce!
