Obstructed vision to the moo button…. This is not on, why bother coming to Cole’s if you can’t see where milk comes from. Wouldn't recommend stay home and stay safe.
Wanted pasta and potato salad,s the fruit and veg manager had to get some from the back but tols.us we couldn't buy all what they had as she had to keep.some for online orders, very strange missing out for a sale in store for online that may or may not happen. From my experience if you have a customer in front of you you sell it.
I wish I could give Coles in Orange 0 stars. The click and collect service is appalling. Always waiting 45mins to 1 and a half hours to pick up my order. Never any apologies, rude service, I may as well go and do the shopping myself because it would save time.
Coles service area is like a prison. Almost a body scan to leave via security gates. No express service they rely on you working for them on self serve. Not enough register staff. I'm off to IGA fir some actual service.
We got what we needed without any dramas. Clean and tidy
