Had to wait a bit longer as the lady told me the shot rang 2 seconds too long so she insisted in making it again, throwing the first one out. Anyone who is that passionate about their coffee gets my vote, as most places don’t care. Coffee was brilliant (and the service)

Had their croquettes and arancini, both perfectly fried and really smooth. Great proportion of ingredients. Great to find a place that doesn't put 90% pumpkin just because they're part of the ingredient list. They found a really food balance. With the main course my experience wasn't as positive. Pasta was dry and very oily, taste was also very averagey. Wish they were located more conveniently, as it feels like it's too much in the middle of a passageway to be welcoming to sit down. I actually had my food on the drive home.

This is the second time I have tried the pasta & garlic sour dough bread. The pasta is over cooked & tasteless & bread was hard. The last time I had gnocchi & Arancini & again tasteless. Not good business as I won’t be back

I've had Tommy Sugos a few times, and I've found it one of the better food outlets at Carousel. Nice pasta/sauces and good sized servings. Lots of gluten free options too. It is pricier than some other outlets, but it's better quality too.

Really enjoy the sides and homemade style pasta they make here, arancini balls are the best ive had. Not the fastest service but they can get really quite busy and they are just a small shop inside carousel shopping centre. Staff are friendly and helpful with the menu.
