Food is tasty, but nothing special - very common ingredients it's just sauce that's added on. They also don't split the bill which just leaves a sour taste in your mouth when you're finished. Asking if they could split it they said "Can't you work it out between you?" Hate places that won't split it. It took us longer standing at the counter to figure it out. Was alright up until you get shafted at the counter trying to pay for this overpriced food!

Staff are incredibly nice, welcoming and funny Food was top notch as well and we were full by the end, recommend going with a large group for the experience An overall amazing experience! :)

They over book this place and it's just a mess. We had a booking for 7.30pm and 99min later we were still No Chef and chasing drink orders that didn't turn up. Service is so bad. Food was average but after waiting nearly 2 hours, I don't think anything would taste great. There was 8 of us and they tried to charged us for 16? Check everything and us complaining got us some free drinks. The worst part is they won't talk to you, they just let you sit there... Not good enough tho. I'll never go back!!! This place should not be in business!

When we went there was 8 of us and we had a nice chef called Hong and he threw us food to catch in our mouth and bowls to try and stack and we all had a lot of fun. People are complaining about the rush and bad service but we went at about 8pm and by the end we were the only ones there. I had a lot of fun.

Entertainment vs Good honest Japanese Teppanyaki One of the longest serving Teppanyaki restaurant in Melbourne, since the 90's You need to decide on the objective of your Teppanyaki experience. If you are after; party, fun mode with lots of laughter and entertainment and not worrying so much about quality and taste for what you'll be paying for then this is the place. But if you are after; serene, proper, still good and fun Teppanyaki ambiance with quality and taste, then this is not the place.
