If you could provide 0 stars it would be useful. Coomera, Qld branch adherence to company policy is non existent and are completely arrogant and ignorantly oblivious to what customer service is and more importantly what freight TNT actually moves. They should try reading their own website. Brand new, oil free, correctly packaged gearbox which they originally delivered from Sydney without issue now is unable to be sent interstate as 'they don't transport car parts'...what a useless bunch to have representing a business. Best way to grow your competitors business is to do what you're doing!!
I ordered a courier from India via FedEx. I am also very late in getting it. And I still don't get it. And when I called customer support for that courier, I didn't get a proper response from there, and that courier was not even delivered to my home. I was charged a considerable fee for this courier, but it is not working accordingly. So I do not recommend anyone to use this company's service.
Wouldn't recommend FedEx for anything urgent to be delivered within the Coomera area! Even though their depot is here, they will leave it to last minute and send you a message saying they have delays. Meanwhile your package has sat in the depot for day's. DHL on the other hand delivered promptly, and even delivered the package on a Sunday! Don't waste your money using them just go straight to DHL, even Australia post can deliver something from WA to Coomera before these guy's can deliver something within the same suburb as their depot!
Avoid. Dreadful. Delivery from Italy took only 4 days to get to the Coomera depot and have been waiting for a week so far for them to deliver on the Gold Coast. Still no delivery and no confidence in Fedex Coomera. Calling customer service seems to make no difference.
Was supposed to receive a package and after it arrived in Upper Coomera it was sent back to Sydney instead.. then back to Upper Coomera again and I have called Fedex 4 times to figure out what is going on with my package and they won't give me any updates because they're not sure if it's been lost and they have no way of finding out because their only way to contact the depot is through email which they wouldn't respond to. It's a little strange that Fedex can't contact their own depots.
In my life i never experienced a bad service like this. Now #FedEx dont comment here giving links and saying will provide a better service. Look at your ratings. So bad. Really disappointed
I mistakenly used a Parcel Locker/P.O on the shipping label and the process of picking up instead was super easy, the staff were super friendly
While the guy who servrd me was great the other 95% was horrendus. From the delay in time promised for what I paid for to the unhelpful phone assistant to the lack of updates. It was unfortunately the chouce of the sender
Just useless. From the delivery driver to warehouse staff. What a joke. If i ever order a package and fedex is the carrier i will be requesting its sent via someone else
Wish I could give a zero star review, FedEx is the worst carrier to deal with. I knew no one would be home so I phoned and requested to pick up the parcel myself. They ignored my request and “attempted” to deliver it. However, there was no card left in my mail box. I called again and tried to arrange the parcel to be picked up at a depot nearby but they couldn’t get me a confirmation of which depot they’d send it to. I’ve given up and asked them to redeliever the parcel but it took few days to get the confirmation. Their website isn’t user friendly either. I got a link to rearrange the delivery method but the website wouldn’t allow me to submit my request. Please don’t use Fedex unless you want to call them every day to follow up on your parcel. It’s the most stressful experience I’ve had. DHL and Aus Post are much better and straight forward.
