See the UPDATE SECTION if you are in the same situation and wanted a solutionnDealing with this company is like solving a puzzle with no clue also they only contact you whenever works for them and you cannot contact them. If you missed the call and dial back it is a invalid numbernnIf you were lucky and were at home at the time they tried to deliver the parcel then everything should be perfect. But if unfortunately you need to go to work and cannot be home during work days work hours then you doomednnThey leave you a note with parcel number and their website. And the website leads to nowhere you won’t be able to find out where you parcel is and how you can get contact with them or where you can pick up the parcelnnI am still waiting for their grace to contact me for my MacBook parcel guess they probably returned the parcel back to the sellernnUPDATE in case it helps to people in same situation:nafter a few long calls with the supplier then redirected to Team Global's custom service line, the person on the phone agreed to send a request to their depot for me to collect the parcel, while he refused to give me the address. my guess would be the company outsources call service to some Phlippines call centre and folks there have no authority to make decision except to relay the request.nnHe insisted that I need to make an appointment once the depot contacts me before I can get the address and go there which turned out to be falsennThe next day I finally got a SMS message from their depot with address.nnHere is the address also they open 5 days a week from 8am-4pm NO APPOINTMENT REQUIRED:nTheir Gold Coast depot: 1 Logistics PI off Caption Cook Dr, Arundel.nOnce you there , turn left at end of the carpark the small office is for parcel collection, show your ID and tracking number to the staff.nnWell I probably spent whole day solving this not worth it at all. I think the key issue is the call centre/website is redundant because you won't get useful information there. They should just let you know where to collect the parcel straightforward with a SMS or a paper notes.
If I had known this was the delivery company being used I never would’ve ordered, I was home all day and accepted multiple other packages and somehow I missed them? They’d signed the delivery card for me and have “issues” on their website that make you unable to ask for delivery or leave at door- I wonder why. If this is your delivery company don’t bother and try and find a different way to order your items- that is if you actually want to receive your order.
If i could give a 0. I would. The worst customer experience ever.nCalled them about 10 times, got through on the last call. Told me i could pick up my parcel at the warehouse after they failed to deliver my package on the day it was due to be delivered. My package sat at the warehouse from 8am onwards and was NEVER sent out for delivery. I also was on hold for so long. Multiple times. One time i was on hold for 30 minutes all for them to hang up on me and then i was on hold again for another 30 minutes the next day and again, no answer.nThey also say they open at 8 but they don’t start answering the phone until 8:30.nAfter requesting to pick it up, they had already shipped it ! Such a disappointment

It's been over 2 hours of me battling with chat bots, no one answering the phone, live chat with no responses. I just want my parcel collected! Even tried driving to the depot and no one answers the door.
