Very quick delivery service.nGood customer service

The worst people you can find to do delivery. Always damaging goods. If there would be 0 stars would give 0. Tells a lot when their forklift driver unloading goods while eating his breakfast.

Fast transport of my consignment, excellent communication and friendly and efficient staff. I’m extremely happy with their service and I highly recommend Mainfreight to anyone looking to have their goods transported anywhere across the country.

Firstly, the lady on the phone was pleasant and did her best so its not her fault   We had a great Mainfreight delivery driver today so I thought we'd give Mainfreight the chance to be a new supplier but as a new customer they will only do depot to depot.  It completely contradicts what they claim on their website.   Luckily there are plenty of other freight companies and the next company I called Border Express was happy to take my money and do the job.

Been dealing with Mainfreight at different businesses I have worked. Can not tell you how helpful and reliable they have been. Nothing is an issue; if there is an issue, they are proactive and get it sorted.
