How bad waiting for 15mins at GC Airport for 777 at 7.50pm there are some 40; people lined up the bus pulls in then puts sign up 'not in service and dives away now another 25mins still no bus and at least 60 people waiting so poor. Finally after 35mins a bus arrives and another 8mins to load as many on as possible still lots of people left waiting....
I’m very grateful to the customer service officer Lachlan who assisted me to locate my backpack with international passports inside which we forgot on the bus. Lachlan saved my overseas trip!
Has a bright new business there now called NU Shef they serve a multitude of beverages from your traditional home cooked meals to pies and cakes and drinks with automated precooked meal dispensers 24h a day 7 days a week. A must visit when your on the go and hungry .
Bus sometimes does not come and not tell us if they come or not so we can have alternative ride. Some buses filthy, chairs benches dirty. There was a time smell rotten food.
Noisy buses. Leave motors running for up to 20 minutes. 65 buses a day at Paradise Point with motors running and drivers smoking at the bus stop.nDrivers very rude and basically have no regard to the public.nMany complaints but nothing done about them. Upsetting a lot of residents by having motors running for a period of 7 hours a day all up. Not to mention brakes compression and revving noises.nVery inconsiderate to the general public. Wish someone would take some action over all the complaints that have been previously ignored and move the stop to a quiet place.
