I can tell you the lady i spoke to was very friendly but their prices are through the roof Let me show you exactly why I did not choose nationwide towing. I asked 7 different places for a quote on towing a sedan the same distance at night. Here are my results (may save you some research): Midcoast: 88 (1st choice for price and ease) Snappo: 132 All gold coast towing: 132 Nationwide towing and transport: 171 😲 Southport towing: 165 😲 Cheaper towing: 110 at night, 77 day (they were extraordinarily nice as well though. Wouldve been 2nd choice) Mick's towing: 132 day, 99 night. Im assuming prices will change based on location, distance, car size, urgency, and time. But these were the results from my research and i hope it encourages you to find the perfect towing fit for your situation. As for Nationwide, they definitely need to do their own research to see hiw much more expensive they are compared to other companies. Keep in mind these were calls foe the same car, same time, same condition, same lack of urgency everything. However, also keep in mind that i didnt schedule them for towing (why would i? They were twice the price of a couple different places)

Be very careful when dealing with this company. Make sure you ask a lot of questions and would highly recommend you get it in writing before using their services. I was shocked when telling people our story by how many other families have had similar experiences with this company on the Gold Coast.
