I had a fantastic experience here. I purchased my Focus RS at this place and have got it serviced here every time. I appreciate that no one bothers talking to me or saying g'day because that's what customer service is all about. I had to do the recall for the head gaskets which they said that I can't do it until late April which is fantastic because I love waiting. I never got called a fckwit but I wish I did because that is added value to an already great proposition. Would recommend 9/11,

The Titan Ford team provided us fabulous support during our Ranger purchase. Simon Watts was very knowledgeable and made the purchase very smooth. It good to see the Mitsubishi next door is managed by the same team, I'll surely be seeing the team here for our next purchase.

Fantastic dealership with helpful staff. Have struggled to find a good place to have my car serviced on the Northern Beaches and brought it to Titan Ford, found the staff to be very helpful and reliable, wouldn't send my car anywhere else!

Disgusting experience with Ben from new cars where he stole $1000 from my account, after never seeing the car or driving it only discussing a price and he took it upon himself to take a deposit from my credit card. Horrible sales staff with expensive finance. NEVER buy from these people.
