The best best best subaru dealership that I have been to! Had my log book service done from them but I have to say they have excellent customer service also amazing job to it, clean my car inside out which I have never experienced before with other subaru dealership parramatta and Artarmon had to compare, over the last 5yrs with being subieholic. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, IF YOU WANT TO FEEL RIPPED OFF LIKE I WAS!!!!! I purchased a used car from this dealership from Qld recently and had the worst experience ever!!! I initially dealt with Chris Sloot the sales person which we agreed to a purchase price including conditions of purchase. Was then told that all of the conditions had been met, so I booked my flight down to pick up the car. Upon arrival, I was not able to inspect the car as I was told it was "being detailed". I was then rushed across to another of their dealerships to urgently pay my money, as they needed to make the banking run with my bank cheque. When the paperwork was done, magically the car appeared but was not detailed, merely a hose had been sprayed over it and was told that it was only a used car and this is how they present them to the purchasers. When I then asked for the Warranty, Service & Wheel Alignment paperwork which was a condition of the purchase, I was told it would be emailed to me shortly. Surprise, surprise when after a couple of days, nothing turned up. Chased up Chris, who was going to refer me to the Service Manager, never heard back from anyone. Chased up them again and this time asked for the Sales Manager, Tim Fletcher. Briefly spoke to him and was told he would come back to me too. Chased him up again with no response. This time I went to the General Manager, Nick Turton. Got an email saying I have passed on your details to someone, never heard anything again. Left messages at the dealership for Nick and sent emails, and the silence was deafening. When buying a car, take your money to a more reputable dealer then these guys, as I was an interstate buyer, I trusted their brand and that they have been around for so long, but ultimately it means absolutely nothing. I see that they have now responded to my calls for assistance in their feeble post below, but it is far too late now, when I gave them numerous opportunities to right the wrongs with simple solutions, only to hear crickets via phone, emails & texts. Maybe they should start treating all their clients like people and not just transactions.
I picked up my New Suburu yesterday and I couldn't be more happier. Thank you Peter Ross for showing me all the features of the car. I had no idea which car I wanted to purchase but you definitely sold me on the safety features.
Very bad service for my car. Engine oil was overfilled and the drain bolt was loose. Oil is leaking and was not only in the engine but also on the engine cover. When engine hot, oil burning and makes smoke. Terrible customer service.
Long story in short…think twice to deal with Suburu brookvale finance team Tim, management and before put the deposit to any vehicle. Really worst experience had with them.
Fleet review. Worked with Helen the Bill Buckle Fleet Manager to order my Subaru outback. She is truly an asset to the Bill Buckle team as she is very attentive, professional and at the top of her game. Nothing was too hard for her and I was kept up to date throughout the whole order process which helped me feel confident about my dealership choice. Helen is a true gem. I recommend Helen from the Bill Buckle team for anyone's fleet enquiries she is truly the best in the Sydney region. On a side note the American guy on the showroom floor was very rude when we mentioned it would be a fleet sale. Virtually asked if we wanted to do a test drive or not as he didn't care about that fleet stuff. Ultimately threw us the keys and said just be back in 20mins.
Disappointing experience. Firstly they didn’t have my booking correctly in their system then I discovered 12 days later they had unplugged my car cam recorder.
Bought an Impreza here. Received outstanding service from Andre the Sales Manager. He was happy to negotiate and I got a great deal. Highly recommended.
