Extremely rude personnel in their spare parts division. Why bother ordering from them when they are so rude and argumentative. Bill Buckle ...educate your people about customer relationship. get some lessons from G brothers, Hunter Holden, Brookvale Mazda and the likes. The staff in this division lets your fine image down.

Excellent! The team at Brookvale are all accomplished mechanics with supreme attention to detail. I have taken our Toyota cars to several local dealers throughout Sydney and many are very good indeed, however, I have to honestly state that the mechanical work at Brookvale is outstanding! The level of engagement and courtesy are also reliably first class and the history of the Buckle family as regards motor car ingenuity and pioneering are a milestone in Worldwide history not just Australian history. Highly recommended.1st choice for excellence in motor service!!! Thanks.

I bought a car toyota rav 4 last week. all staff are helpful. I don't have much knowledge about car and salesperson anf financial advisor help me . both are very friendly. it was very quick service. I get a car same day so easily with all paperwork.
