I bought a Holden Cruze with them last year, apparently it was all good, It came with 3 month warranty and looked sharp from outside. However my problem started when I was doing the pink slip and was told by the (outside) mechanic there was an oil leaking coming from the oil cooler. I told col Crawford about the leaking and they asked to see the car, which they did, and confirmed the leaking. The next servicing was coming, so I decided to wait to do the job at that time, however on this next inspection, done 2 months I first spotted the leaking, came with other 2 problems, another oil leaking, now on the rocket cover gasket and also a coolant leaking from the water pump. In 5 month of use, less than 5000km drove, the car had 3 problemas total cost 1700 Au$. Although those 2 problems were real, where was the first problem on the Service summary? The oil leaking from the oil coolant? They said there was no leaking! unbelievable! And also said if there were a leaking, it wouldn't be covered as I did the inspection after the 3 month warranty. So what I advice is, if you want to use them go forward, but be careful and make sure you do a total inspection on an outside mechanic in order to really check the car up, or you end up in the same situation as me, with a car that I paid more than the average because of the warranty, which didn't help anything. Geodie, which for instance had a very rude attitude, told me the warranty wouldn't cover anything, then I asked the list of parts which would be changed in order to check if they really weren't in the list of covered parts, and he refused, making me think there were parts which were included, but they didn't wanted me to see. I ll call unbudsman to see what I can do about it all. That's my experience. No hard felling, just the reality of the untrustful world we live.
