Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble.nMeals and service were both really fast.
I book multiple events each year at Landing Services LS, ranging from large gatherings to smaller events, and I can confidently say that LS consistently provides an outstanding experience. The venue is spacious and versatile, offering the perfect setting for any occasion. The catering is another highlight—delicious, flavorful dishes crafted by talented chefs, ensuring that every meal is a standout. What truly sets LS apart, however, is the exceptional staff. They are not only friendly and attentive but also go above and beyond to ensure that every detail is taken care of. Planning an event with LS is made effortless, thanks to what can only be described as a dream team. Whether it's a conference/wedding or a more intimate gathering, the LS team makes it memorable. I can’t recommend them enough!
Experienced the worst NZ service in my 2 months South Island holiday travel. The staff was unprofessional, rude & bad-mannered. The bar staff seemed irritable when I requested to try the different flavours of Speight. Food was served being dropped loudly on the table, with no plate, cutlery & cutlery.nnThe Loaded Fries was delicious with a good mix of sausages, mayo & cheese. Good selection of Speight beer.nnFeedback to duty manager - Kelly.nnNOT recommended for the terrible service, despite the decent food.
Had a lovely meal as a group of 6. Waitress was very nice but did get the pie flavour wrong and 2 of our party ordered a steak and mushroom pie only to get steak and cheese. One member ordered the lamb salad and was disappointed at the large amount of lettuce and small amount of anything else. Apart from this everything else was most agreeable and we had a very enjoyable evening.
We booked for 20 people for my Dads 60th on the Saturday that’s just been, and we were amazed at the service, the food & the atmosphere. As an island family we like to sing & pray before we continue with the night, the love and respect we felt from the staff was awesome. Everything was perfect! It ran smoothly, the food was amazing! It didn’t take long for the food to come out even with a lot of our last minute requests and orders, they were being met with smiles from the staff. The staff were really respectful. I really enjoyed our evening at this place.
