From start to finish. My second year trainee, Megg was polite, professional and extremely talented. In my opinion, she is already fully qualified! I am more than thrilled with the final result and colour. Megg performed, foils, a beautiful treatment, trim and curls with the hair straightener. Love having my hair coloured and cut by Travis! He always does the best job and I always leave feeling like a new person. Great attention to detail and will take the time to make sure its perfect.

I walked out of the King St salon today feeling a million dollars. My stylist Natalie was phenomenal, she really put me at ease chopping half of my very long hair off and really gave it and my look new life. I could not be happier with the result! The rest of the staff were lovely, the salon itself has a great look and atmosphere, the reclining massage chair during my wash was extremely comfortable and relaxing, and I enjoyed my pot of tea! I cannot wait to treat myself to this special experience again soon, its worth every penny.

Exactly what I needed!! Customer service is EVERYTHING I haven't had a regular hairdresser since moving to Brisbane, perhaps because I moved around, or perhaps because none gave me a good enough reason to return. Everything could be perfect but if the customer service is slack, I'm not going back! My appointment was in the evening, both girls when I got there were very attentive. Tash who cut my hair listened to what I wanted as well as throwing in a couple of tips and did an excellent job, she gave me advise on how best to look after my hair, told me which products she was using and why but didn't push me or make me feel as though I should purchase them. I think the complimentary follow up appointment with wash & blow dry is a nice touch for new customers as well. The price for my haircut was very reasonable especially considering the area New Farm and the fact that my hair is quite long , they don't seem to price differently for a cut on long hair, and there were no hidden extras found out at the till!! Perfect hair experience. This is a highly polished operation that has everything right. After just moving to Bris, I left one of the top salons in Syd and was concerned it would be hard to find an establishment of that caliber, but these guys surpassed it. Roberto did an amazing job on my hair - cut, colour and style - but the colour in particular was excellent colour correction due to another well known Bris salon doing a very amateur colour job. Price was very reasonable as well. Welcome pack and referral scheme is also an added bonus. You wont be disappointed.

My god I don't even know where to start! Firstly the salon is drop dead gorgeous! I feel like I'm walking into a movie! It's so lovely and well presented. Secondly all the employees that work there are soo friendly and actually love their job! I also love that they have apprentices there cause they can help move the process along and not be sitting bored the whole time. And lastly I know the pricing is a little expensive but wow what an awesome job Natalie did to my hair! It's better than I expected and it feels like new hair! I love how you get a complimentary blow dry afterwards and you get free coffee / drinks! Some delivery lunch menus would've been nice because I was there the whole day and was starving. So make sure to bring snacks or food but other then that I was so pleased with everything! Thank you Tigerlamb! 10/10 from me. Oh also lastly don't stress about parking - They allow you to park in the car park on 41 Costin street and its free the whole time you are there
