We have been using Shortcuts software for over 7 years. We have 22 sites and are continually growing and we use Shortcuts at all our sites. We have always had great ongoing support from the Helpdesk as well as support from our wonderful account manager and trainers. I have no hesitation in recommending Shortcuts. It is easy to use always up to date with the latest features and they are always improving the program. FANTASTIC! Clearskincare Clinics

I have used Shortcuts software for many years and it has been invaluable for end of day procedures, managing appointments, stocktakes, online bookings, client confirmation to name a few of it's functions. What stands out for me though is the 24 hr support system and the way they constantly are looking to make life easier for the salons that use it by updating and adding new functions to the software..ESQ Male grooming has become a smoothly run salon in part thanks to shortcuts!
