The Brow Bar

Expectations weren't met as the Website described so I left feeling disappointed. I had researched and booked in a particular consultant so I took time off work to meet her schedule but when I arrived, I was told she was not available and I would need to rebook to see her! The consultant I had sighed at me about this. It was my first time and there was certainly no "brow whispering". I expected a lot of guidance and suggestions but was just asked how I wanted it. Obviously, I didn't know - I asked for something similar to their eyebrows and she sighed again. I appreciated the help of a "second opinion" from the girl at the counter and she seemed to know a better approach and was friendlier. I said I would like something similar to her eyebrows too but told them I was happy with their guidance and for them to make suggestions. However, my original consultant warned her that she only had however much time left before the next client and I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. The booking times on the website specified 1 hour appointments but I was shown out after 40 minutes with a price hike for 1 May even though I booked much earlier. Maybe this place is good for regulars but for first-timers, and the price it cost, I would recommend you shop around elsewhere. Ps I also asked a friend who was a Beauty Therapist if my expectations were wrong and how she would approach it. She said that the experience I received for the price was very poor and not up to standard of even one half that price.
