Isaac and the team @ Kiki Valley are simply amazing. Passionate about what they do, who genuinely care about you. On arrival, you feel like your part of the Kiki family. Treated with complimentary snacks and refreshments, now that’s world class service! My hair is very personal to me and Isaac always makes me feel comfortable and valued. Highly recommend Isaac and the Kikki team to all my family and friends.

I have been coming to Kiki for years now & I cannot recommend them enough. They always go above and beyond and make me feel so welcome every time I come in. Most talented team of stylists ever! :)

If I could write a negative review on this company I would! My partner was paid to write 400plus fake good reviews on the Kiki hair extensions website as well as below in the google reviews, If I was anyone considering this brand I would think twice as all the good reviews are fake, What sort of "Good Company" Pays for fake good reviews, I'll tell you what sort of company.. A dodgy company that does not offer good services or products and wants to continue to rip people off!!! DO NOT TRUST KIKI HAIR EXTENSIONS!

I feel as though they googled how to do hair extensions over the weekend then used my head as a guinea pig. Terrible Kiki Hair Extensions Fortitude Valley job, took 7.5 hours for extension removal/extension placement - tubes. And a light colour of regrowth. It takes 2 hours when done in Europe or any other professional place for the above. During the terrible Kiki Hair Extensions 'work' hair was also pulled out painfully by the Kiki Hair Extensions hairdresser lady that basically complained about her life non stop while I was fixed to the chair. Came out crying when I was home, as my hair resembled a 'Zebra' pattern, due to the different colours they had attempted, I was only after 1 single colour. Plus the extensions were all input poorly, and hair began falling out immediately. I of course requested a refund and was denied. Not happy hence creation of this google account. It was a damaging and embarrassing primitive job Kiki Hair Extensions did on my hair. Its been about 6 months and still extremely disappointed. As all I got was my money taken, disgusting service and disgusting job from - Kiki Hair Extensions.

I felt so welcomed when I visited the salon for hair extensions. Staff are very attentive and friendly and I loved the huge colour selection they had for extensions because I have a tricky colour to match.
