We are blown away with UBGS customer service. Firstly, they are competitive! They gave us the cheapest quote for a great quqlity organic compost without even knowing that we were shopping around. They were also punctual and delivered on time, called when they arrived with the delivery. When I told the gentleman who helped me on the phone that we are a community organisation, have an open day, and asked if he can throw in few plastic pots for the kids to plant; he didn't only leave a big box of them with the delivery, buy also left so many seasonal vegetable seeds! This is when customer service exceeds expectations!
I had a disappointing experience at this cafe. After requesting a replacement for my initially overcooked/ burnt meal which was even worse when initially served, I found the overall experience lacking consideration for the customer. Despite the appealing ambiance, the quality of the food left much to be desired. Would you be willing to consume something of this standard?
If you are in the area you MUST try them out. The most consistent high quality coffee that I have ever had. It doesn't matter if you are the only one there or there are 10 people waiting on a Saturday morning. The quality of the coffee always exceeds my expectations. I have tried their breakfast muffin today and again expectations are exceeded. Would give 7 starts if possible

Honestly the most friendliness staff and walked out feeling so welcome and have a perfect cappuccino and delicious home made sausage roll.Food: 5/5
They've failed the first step of business. The young girls need to learn how to treat the customers. Dobe rude... My partner and I been there and we've ordered 2 chicken sandwiches to have it there. firstly, they served the sandwiches cold. My partner had a vegetable bread from the next door, but the young girl said we can't have it here, it's our rule. I said we've ordered 2 sandwiches from here so my partner and I can have lunch together! And young girl said No, we can't have it here. So we decided to leave. Unbelievable reaction when I've asked them why they didn't toast the sandwiches and why they didn't ask us to toast it or Not.... So, I've asked the to take away my foods and the attached photos shows how they did it for me.
Coffee was nice, egg and bacon muffin was cold and dry but after letting the chef know she remade it for me and it was delicious. Thanks Olivia.Food: 5/5
