Not what I expected. But great place to look around. I saved 10% on my dog good and most of the pet supplies were cheaper than mainstream outlets. There's not much you can't get from this place. The toy selection was pretty well priced and hardware looked pretty comprehensive. I'd certainly advise a look, there is a lot to see.
A range of hardware and some home products available, including toys and seasonal items. Good range. Prices are affordable, but keep in mind you pay for quality. Nonetheless, items are of relatively decent durability.
James and Scarlett are absolutely amazing people. Super friendly and incredible product knowledge. They always help me with what I need. Credit to all the staff there too. Always smiling, always happy to help. Keep up the great work team.
I had the best experience today thanks to the lovely lady who helped me choose a dog bed for my car. She went above and beyond—taking the time to walk me through all the options and even helping me fit it properly. I left the store feeling far less stressed and so grateful for her help.nnThis shop truly has everything you could need for your pets and more, without breaking the bank. I've written a lot of reviews, but I have never been happier than to write this one. The people here are amazing. That goes for every staff member I've ever interacted with.nYes you want to support a local bloke so you're willing to pay more. But here, you can support local and still save $$$.nYou have a customer for life and I hope I start seeing new stores popping up around Victoria. This is a business that deserves to succeed.
