What a wonderful experience from the outset ,helpful staff excellent customer service helping pick out what was right for my old girl. I chose TC on a recommendation and I personally could not be happier with the product. Tough engineering first class as was the customer service I received from purchase to delivery to Tasmania. Special metion for Tegan always kept me upto date with order ,excellent customer service Thank you Team.
Service above and beyond. We drove 6 hours to pick up our canopy from the Pakenham office, we were running late and the warehouse crew were happy to stay back after hours and wait until we arrived and loaded the canopy on. Quality, service and pricing A++. Big shout out to the guys that stayed back after hours.

I've had my TC boxes and tray on for 10,000km. I am happy with the quality and construction of the boxes for the money I paid. The only two failings I have found are the customer service. They failed to reserve a booking, and the tray has chips in the powder coat already. When contacting TC, they said it's wear and tear. I struggle to believe that powder coating on a tray of a ute will have chips after 10,000km of use. I'm sure in five years; I'll have big chunks of the powder coat missing. This is very disappointing since I spent $10,000 on the boxes and tray.
Had to wait for service multiple times when trying to buy a canopy, when it was finally bought we organised an install date. in the mean time between purchase and install date we hear nothing from them. Then on install day had to wait an hour before service yet again and when we finally get served we get told us canopy is not at all here, now what’s the point of organising my day and a date for installation when on the day it’s not there.
Just wanted to give TC top marks for their quality products. Decked out my new ute with all their gear and I cannot fault it. Works as it should and looks great if I do say so. Big shout to Haley for her customer service too 10/10 which is rare these days. I have no hesitation recommending TC Boxes to anybody who is interested.
Staff are great, install was great, excellent quality, I have owned several steel canopies but this is the first from TC, quality is better than any others I have seen. Would definitely use them in the future.
