Nice little warehouse everything you need. Bought some stuff from here. Heaps of stuff on special. Heaps of parking outside. The shop little bit mess.
Customer service- shocking , checkout operating - slower than the sloth from zootopia Stock- Appalling, never have anything in stock like EVER !! . Workers - mid-Average , afew that are real nice like the ones that have been there awhile and just some that don’t care about anything they don’t even say “Hey” or “Hi” as an ice breaker just “NEXT” . I experience all the time and yet I still go there . That’s how lazy I am to drive to other warehouses . Have all of that to complain about and still go there hoping for the best ‍
No point having phone if they dont want to pick up. Useless, keep calling them so I can find out stock for something before I head over there and someone is picking up the phone, only to hand up and not say hello. 5 times calling same thing
Had a great experience until i got home and realised the Purina pouches were not 5 for $7 since there was a ticket still on the shelf wanted to take a photo as proof but was in a hurry. Will definitely go back but should make sure all expired tickets are taken down so it won’t mislead customers
I visited clendon warehouse tonight to grab a few things. It was so untidy, unorganised and just messy everywhere.nThe staff that were working on the floor I found them two talking about where they were going to have dinner. One other staff was just walking through the clothing isles and ignoring all the clothes that had fallen on the ground.nI have never been or seen such an untidy warehouse in my life. It’s disgusting and it made me not want to shop there.nnThe lady serving us had no customer service skills. No greeting just ‘Is this it’.nWho is the manager? Who is the team leader?nPoorly managed and filthy. Everything is everywhere. I even took photos of the isles which I will post on socials!nnIf there was an option for no stars I would have chosen that!
