I went into Hannahs Manukau not dressed nicely (due to an extreme bank pain) - I was ready to spend $200+ on shoes ONLY to be greeted by snobby staff who are standing in a corner gossiping. Not once did they say "Hello" or smile at myself or any other customers in store. Although, I was ready to buy shoes, I decided to take my money to Overland and buy my footwear there. Poor customer service for a fairly high priced brand is an absolute fail!
