The Warehouse Manukau is very well stocked and easy to shop at. There’s a good range of products across all sections, making it convenient to find what you need without having to visit multiple stores.nFor Australians, it’s essentially the New Zealand equivalent of Big W, offering a similar variety of everyday essentials, clothing, home goods, and general merchandise. The store is spacious and well laid out, with solid stock levels that make for a smooth shopping experience.nA reliable and convenient store that’s worth visiting.
I approached a staff member and asked them to show me where the swim bags were but she claimed they didn't have any and continued talking on her AirPods. When I showed them the website with the swim bags only then she stopped to check their scanner. Unfortunately this isn't my first experience with unhelpful staff here.
Went to customer service to find stock for something and the lady said they only have what's on shelf. Yet the lady I spoke to earlier in the aisle said its showing they have 12 in stock. Customer service lady didn't bother to call someone to check. She just said itll be hard to find if they were to look. In other words, shes not bothered to do her job and have someone check. Then she has the nerve to tell me to order online. Piss me off. It's for the play tent 3-1.nnMaybe it's better to just shop at kmart because workers at warehouse don't bother to do their job and obviously don't want sales
Very unprofessional and rude staff! Was at the counter and got served by a cashier named JEETHU. No smile on her face or even a hi, which i didn't really bother but what I was unhappy about is the way she was chucking the stuffs clothes, canned cat foodwhich i was buying on the other side of the counter after scanning the price tags. If you are unhappy with your job,dont take it out on the customers or the things we buying. Have always been a regular customer in store and online but the experience i had yesterday, won't be doing any shopping in Warehouse Manukau
