Waiting in line for half an hour at 22:37pm wednesday 8october 2025. Only one person in front of me bt the server was taking her time reading some papaer that took 20 mins to check while a long line builds up. Definetly need more staff to open checkouts cs most carry cash
Had the worst customer service experience here! I was looking for a specific hi-vest and asked a staff member for help from the clothing department. She was extremely rude – no greeting, no smile, just pointed and said “you’ll find it there.” When I asked again, she repeated herself in the same rude way.nI went to the help desk and they called the same staff member again. She looked annoyed to see me, spoke rudely again, and walked away instead of helping. The front desk staff apologized for her, but that kind of behavior is unacceptable.nIt honestly came across as discriminatory and made me feel very unwelcome. The Warehouse really needs to provide better customer service training – no one should be treated this way.
This one-stop destination truly has it all, from a fantastic selection of daily wear clothing and trendy electronics to a well-stocked grocery section complete with dairy products and spirits. The convenience of finding everything under one roof is truly unmatched. The staff's friendly demeanor and willingness to help added an extra layer of satisfaction to my shopping experience. Warehouse has become my ultimate shopping destination, meeting all my diverse needs with utmost excellence. Highly recommended!

The best customer service this morning - thanks to the lovely lady who went out of her way customer service to help me unlike Botany & Ormiston where nobody cares if you can find someone to help - why are they working for you??. Guess Manukau now my homestore even tho I live in Botany. Thank you!!
